Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year. My name is JP Gauche, Principal at Whiteoak JH/HS. I am honored and excited to start my second year as principal at the Bright Local School District.
Open house for Whiteoak JH/HS will be on August 13th from 5-7 pm. We hope this will allow students to familiarize themselves with the building, meet the teachers, and get schedules. Teachers have been working hard over the summer to prepare for the next school year and are excited to see everyone. Our first day for students will be August 16, 2023. Our school day begins at 7:18 am and dismisses at 1:54 pm.
Extracurricular activities are already going in full force. Our sports teams and marching band have been putting in the hours and effort to improve. If someone missed or needs information about ongoing practices, open gym/fields, or activities please email me with questions.
