Whiteoak High School’s “Students Against Destructive Decisions” (SADD) group is a nationally registered chapter. Our chapter currently has 21 members. SADD is dedicated to the safety and wellness of students. SADD was founded on the simple philosophy that young people, empowered to help each other, are the most effective force in prevention. Some of our SADD members set up a table at our recent Health Fair with information on vaping. They will be doing an activity this month to support October’s ADHD Awareness and also have a “QUICK - CLICK” Challenge coming up in November for their peers to participate in to promote seat belt safety. Stay tuned for many other SADD events coming to Whiteoak High School!
Our SADD chapter recently elected officers and would like to congratulate the following students:
President: Bryce Van Hoy
Vice President: Ian Griffith
Secretary: Lydia Carr
Treasurer: Molly McMullen
