Safe Return to In-Person Instruction and Continuity of Service Plan
In compliance with American Rescue Plan:
Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ARP ESSER)
This plan was developed in coordination between district certified and non-certified staff, administrators, students, parents, and community agencies.
As we plan for the return to In-person instruction we must recognize the Covid-19 virus is still a threat to the safety and welfare of our staff and students. The Bright Local School District must be vigilant in our approach to ensure the safety of all our stakeholders as a result the following principles will guide our district as we move forward with the opening of schools.
The Bright Local School District will implement recommended safety protocols to the highest degree possible.
The Bright Local School District will work closely with the Highland County Health Department to promote health and safety in all school buildings
The Bright Local School District will be transparent with all stakeholders that some level of risk will always be present when children and school district employees occupy school facilities.
