Wildcats,

Great progress is being made on our new Workforce Development Center! The building is officially under roof with metal installed, windows are installed and our electricians and HVAC contractors are on site. Rough plumbing is complete, and the exterior concrete sidewalks have been poured. We're looking forward to the blacktop being laid during the first week of September!

We've been asked, "What will happen in this building?" The new center is designed to provide our students and community with the skills they need to succeed in the modern workforce. Here's a look at the exciting opportunities coming soon:

Remote/Virtual Work Center This initial phase will create a student and adult work center equipped with computers and resources for CCP classes, industry credentials, and adult education.

Counseling Services Expansion We will be adding dedicated counseling offices for both individual and group sessions to support our students and community members.

Educational & Training Space Growth This phase will expand our classroom and conference room spaces to accommodate new programs and specialized training.

Wellness, Community, & Life Skills The final phase will include an onsite medical center, a coffee shop for social interaction, and dedicated spaces for life skills training and industry credentials.

We are excited about this project and look forward to its completion in the coming months!
